Everyone else is crying over mushy tomatoes while you are sporting this sweet, savory, spicy, and tangy dip that will have your guests reaching for another bag of tortilla chips. Spicy Pineapple Salsa

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 serrano peppers, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 tsp Tajin seasoning – this is the secret ingredient that makes this salsa stand out – don’t skip it. Also, this seasoning is fabulous on fresh fruit like apples and mangos!
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  1. Instructions
  2. Dice the pineapple – think salsa sized cubes.
  3. Cut serrano peppers in half and remove the seeds. Then finely chop – as fine as you can get it!
  4. Finely dice the red onion as well
  5. Mix all of the ingredients together, add lime juice, and salt to taste
  6. Serve in a bowl with tortillas, or with corn tortillas and Al Pastor Pork.
